Intermarque Silhouettes love CMMC Southern – 15 cars already

OMG, they keep on coming. Some more Intermarque Silhouette drivers have signed up with the Classic & Modern Motorsport Club Southern, making 15 drivers committed so early …

Today’s news is Lewis Smith commitment to the series. Welcome back Lewis. He won the 2018 Intermarque championship in its previous incarnation and has always been one of the front runners in the series. Last year he tried his hand at the VW cup, supporting the British GT programme. Whilst he soon adapted to front wheel drive and was often one of the quickest drivers, poor car reliability and a couple of unfortunate incidents dented his campaign badly. 2020 will see him return to battle against Malcolm Blackman and renew their rivalry, in a couple of very rapid Vauxhall Tigras. Were you wondering about family relationships? Lewis is Richard Smith’s son.

I hear Ray Harris, Colin Smith, Phil Spinks, David York, Ian Hales, Mick Robertson and Matt Ovenden have committed to CMMCS Intermarque Silhouettes this weekend and we’ll tell you more about them when we get photos and info.
